Service Requirements: The property must be empty, and running water and electricity must remain available. Appliances must be safely movable and disconnected by the client when required. We do not disconnect gas, water, or electrical lines.
The Fresh Start Touch Maintenance Cleaning
Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly Cleaning Service
Routine cleaning designed to keep the home fresh and maintained after an initial or deep cleaning service.

- Exterior of appliances cleaned

- Stovetop, burners, grates, and drip pans cleaned
- Cabinet and drawer fronts spot-cleaned

Reachability Notice: We use a maximum 3-step ladder. Higher areas may be dusted with an extension duster when safely reachable. Large furniture will not be moved.

- Trash and recycling emptied and liners replaced
